    • During my two-year service, I lead the department to great improvements in curriculum, faculty morale and unity, and industry interaction. Students took first place prizes in Region VI contests. The department enrollment increased to 205 students, the largest on the Omaha campus of CET. Funded research output increased by over 700%. In my last meeting with the Dept. faculty, Dr. Goedert, the person who followed me as Dept. Chair said: “you have moved the Department forward the equivalent of 10 years in just 2 years.”
