Books

Principal Author, PCI Bridge Design Manual. I consider this to be my most accomplished contribution to the engineering practice of bridge design.  This manual is considered to be the most authoritative book on precast prestressed concrete bridges. It is the first of its kind. I coordinated to work of 25 other distinguished experts who co-authored parts of the Manual. Phase I was released in 1997. Phase II has been released in stages since the spring of 1999, and continuing through the spring of 2003.
